Nice jeep ride
, Nov 2021
Good ride in jeep. Sunset spot could have been better. Good tour guide. Nice weather at this time of the year.
Jeep off-roading your was nice but no sunset guaranteed
, Oct 2021
It was fun. We missed the sun going down. The Jeep was having technical difficulties so we got really stuck. Passengers had to get out of the vehicle so they could get the Jeep up the path. The trail conditions were so bad they had to pull the other Jeep up also. The driver was very nice but it was very disappointing to miss the sun going down. There were no snacks and they offered cold water when it’s freezing outside. Your should have container of hot chocolate to offer in winter.

Signs are not clear. The minimal information we got from the VIATOR booking email for the Sunset Jeep Tour was definitely not helpful to find the location. Don't even try a map app (Google/Apple) because that will just take you 20 minutes down a dirt road to nowhere. We had booked a Sunset Jeep Tour, but it was confusing to figure out where to go. So confusing in fact that between my husband and myself we called 10 times to ask for more clarifying directions, and we ended up not even making it in time which resulted in them leaving without us. We tried to mitigate this by not only giving ourselves enough time to arrive early (its a new place and we had never been before) but calling and asking for directions. When we called we were told they would wait but we STILL got left behind when we arrived at 6:54 even though our VIATOR booking had us scheduled for a 7pm time slot. My heart sank even more when the staff told us they had left 20 minutes ago. What was the point of the phone call where they said they would wait for us? Why did they leave 20 minutes ago when the booking was scheduled for 7pm? The only thing we could figure was that they cater to people who are staying at their location. Which is really unfortunate because we paid ahead of time and drove all the way from our hotel in Springdale/Zion National Park to do this Sunset Jeep Tour. Why wouldn't they want more business? We are checking out tomorrow so we can't reschedule even if we wanted to.

cold and bumpy

It was a lot of fun! It was just a bit too short. If you are going in the evening, dress warm. It gets chilly and you need to hold on to a handle. Nohands to hold a blanket
