Amazing piece of 11th Century history

Everyone should go see the oldest working lighthouse in the world. Original interior building still intact. Go see it worth every cent
Must see visitor attraction

Delighted to finally visit Hook Lighthouse with my two young boys. We had an excellent tour guide in Jon, who gave us the history of the lighthouse, in both a factual and humourous way. The tour lasted 45 minutes and we were delighted that after climbing 115 steps we got to step outside and view the stunning countryside. Visited on World Lighthouse Day which also saw the Official Opening of the Save Our Seas Eco Educational Centre.
