I really thought there would be narration on the boat. Purchased expensive drinks and servers took our suvinear glasses, though she was bringing clean empty to take, she never came back. Asked other server where our glasses were, was told they didn't have enough to give out and then couldn't refund that portion.

The cruise was very nice and the service was excellent. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the checkin process could have been smoother. After the initial checkin, we were checked by a few more staff persons all before boarding. Perhaps for security purposes. Otherwise, it was good: food, atmosphere, cleanliness, and service. Would go again.

Decent lunch. Meh on sights to see.

The tour only covers the Washington Channel and Potomac east of the departure point. The highlights are Reagan National Airport and Fort Mc Nair/War College. The true “sights” of Washington are far off in the distance in the opposite direction. Lunch and service staff were very good, but a nice lunch and a bus-based tour will cost about the same and you’ll see more of what people come to Washington to see.
