1sr driver was great and very informative. We were transferred to Robert to take us back to our hotel but at 9:30 he called and said he was headed back to the hotel but we complained that we were only given a 2 hour tour but paid for a 3 hour tour. He let us off so we could see the Korean memorial. On the way back to the hotel, he started insulting us by saying we came from exlax when we said we came on from Los Angeles (LAX) and then he started bashing the President and spouting out his political opinion and generally being disrespectful to differing opinions. We got back to the hotel and are now pissed off we had to put up with this BS when we are paying customers. Will never go on another tour with your company. You owe us a refund as we paid for a 3 hour tour and barely got 2.

The night tour you booked for is 3hrs from the moment you’re picked until drop off. From the info we received from your tour driver your group got to Lincoln memorial about 9pm,this stop is about 30-35mns ,the only reason why you’re put on the second bus was to make it easier for you to get back to your hotel on time rather than taking you across town to drop off the other party. There’s no excuse for the crude jokes and personal opinions when it comes to politics, for that we are very sorry as of today Robert is no longer with our company. We hope in the near future we shall be able to give you a free tour. P:S Your group was picked up at Hyatt regency @7:15pm and your drop off time was 9:48 according to our GPS. Thanks

A great tour. Bobby the tour guide and driver was armed with plenty of knowledge of the site's and the history of the men and women that have served our country. A very nice man that made it very enjoyable. .

Mis-communication
MasterLou
, Jul 2019
We weren’t on the roster for the day. Had to coordinate with the driver, the contact number on the receipt for almost 30 minutes before I could get on the van. The company on the van wasn’t listed any where on the receipt. Entire process was confusing. The actual tout was pretty good, driver was knowledgeable, and considerate. It was a little tough to hear him in the back of the van over AC and road noise.

Poor managed

The guide/chauffeur was very nice and made up a great deal, but that doesn't take it away that the tour is done in a van with no advertising which makes it very hard to know. We were picked up 30min late and dropped off 30min too soon, so we paid for 3 hours and got a 2 hour tour. If its organised well than it can be beautifull.

It was terrible. I sent an e-mail...

It was terrible. I sent an e-mail and complained but never got a response. The tour was on Friday night before the Presidential Inauguration. Many of the streets were blocked and we could not get close to the memorials, and the Lincoln Memorial was closed. We took an Uber half way on the tour because it was so awful. It was a complete waste of money.
