The bike tour, in particular, was excellent. The walking tour was just too large group to allow effective communication with the guide

The first tour , on foot was very nice, the guide was very pleasant and knew a lot of information, she took us around the center. The second was also ok, the one on bikes it took us also on center but in regions away from the center also. It focused more on the living in Prague and social life there.

Efficient, Informative, Varied

I participated in both the walking and cycling tours. Franz, our guide for both, was thoroughly knowledgeable about the many sights and their history, communicating much information without overload. The cycling was more about variety of location, but we learned a lot at each stop. The folks at the main office/meeting place were also kind and helpful.

Robert led us safely throughout Vienna both inside and outside the Ringstrasse. His pacing was perfect. He knew when to break for information and for us to rest! Would do this again!

The walking tour covered a lot of ground and our tour guide,I think her name was Cornelia was great. After a short lunch break we joined the bike tour and our guide, Franz, was very good at keeping the group together while also giving us all sorts of information on the city and Viennese history. I would recommended both to visitors to Vienna.

It's difficult to rate this tour...

It's difficult to rate this tour because the two sections were opposites in terms of quality. The City Walking Tour was excellent, run by a highly capable guide - definitely worth doing this. She was full of good information and presented it in an entertaining way. The Bike Tour, on the other hand, was a C-/D effort. The guide was more interested in telling raunchy stories with children present, including stories of his personal life, than discussing Vienna. Safety was questionable, since when the second section of the group stopped for red lights the guide raced ahead, making it difficult to track him at a reasonable speed. The route duplicated much that was covered in the morning tour, and the only further out areas were ridden by without commentary. Later in our visit we realized how poorly the route was planned. Even if you love biking, this is a tour to skip.

The biking tour was great - 3 hours tour of several Vienna highlights. The bicycles were very convenient. From this tour you see a very calm and beautiful Vienna. We have to mention our guide, Horst Harrer, who made this tour so great. Horst spiced the tour with a lot of interesting and funny stories about Vienna, the culture, the people and history. Very recommended as one of the starting points to Vienna.
