Not worth the money at all. Asked her what the coat of arms meant and she gave me a story that was believable until I looked up the REAL meaning. She may be knowledgeable but Vienna history she is not. She is a very nice lady though I will give her that.

We're sorry to hear you did not enjoy your tour experience with Susanna who is one of our most knowledgeable guides and also does special tours with her musical backround. We checked with Susanna who advised us that she did not know how to explain the old coat of arms used in the Austrian and Hungarian empire (double headed eagle) and advised that she only knew the meaning of the the current coat of arms (one headed eagle). She mentioned that this was explained on tour so we do apologize if there was any misunderstanding. We would like to believe you enjoyed the tour overall and are saddened that you felt this warranted a 1-star review rating.
