Good Tour, but changed a lot since booking

I booked this trip in Jan and paid up in full. I spoke to one of their Reps just before booking, who said it included 3 Breakfasts, 3 Lunches and 1 Dinner. However, when we did the Tour in Aug, we actually got only 3 Breakfasts and 1 Dinner. On contacting Viator after the Tour, they said they can't do anything about it. Well, we booked via you and your Representative confirmed the Maels, so you should take Responsibility. The Tour was good though and the Guide and the Driver were very good. However, it was a bit hectic, particularly the 1st day, when we didn't reach the Hotel until 8 pm. I think that the Lunch Stop on the 1st Day at Kelowna should be cut down from 90 mins to 45 mins to save some time. That is the maximum duration on all the Attractions/Spots, with some halts as small as 20 mins (Bow Falls, which should be at least 30 mins). Hence 3 *.

Thank you very much for your review. We are so sorry to hear about the wrong information that you received from the Viator agent. We have never had the lunch included in our tours as you can always check the inclusions under the tour description. Also, glad to hear that you had a good experience and enjoyed the tour and thanks for your feedback. We appreciat it.
