Piedmont Wine Tasting and Cellar Tour from Turin

It is not worth the price. We requested a driver who spoke English, so we could have a guide, however our driver was barely able to communicate to us, meaning huge awkward silences. He was given the wrong address to our hotel, so we had to contact him to have him actually come to pick us up, having waited a long time, and no news. We then headed to the first winery, and again, we were not expected. The tour and tasting had to be done in lightening speed and we were through within 30 minutes, and basically kicked out. Our driver had to get creative and give us some time to hang around Alba by ourselves, until the next visit. Yet again, we were not expected, though the winery was accommodating, and we had a great time there. Overall, I wish we had not taken the tour and done this ourselves. Also, there is no cellar tour, that is a lie. Very disappointed, upset and frankly, annoyed.

The wineries were amazing and this was so much fun! It was a bit confusing in the morning as the driver didn't seem to have all of the details nor did I I had to email the tour company, but they responded promptly and took care of the confusion. Maybe a bit more upfront communication of details esp if the driver speaks limited English. Other than that, it was a fantastic day and I highly recommend it!
