Lovely And Informative Tasting in Beautiful Surroundings

Absolutely lovely experience! We made a reservation for three people for a late Monday morning and ended up being the only ones booked for this morning. Our hosts immediately made us feel welcome and were so accommodating and excited to start the tasting! We were given a comprehensive history of the wine region, local varietals, and the methods and practices of the winery in the production of their wines while overlooking the surrounding vineyards. Carlo and his mother were more than happy to answer all our questions about the vineyard and winery. The wine tasting was a wonderful experience and we were able to leisurely taste many different wines and several liquors produced by the winery. Carlo provided us with ample background information on each wine that we tasted and wonderful conversation in between each glass. In addition to the wine, we were served a variety of cheeses, salami, bread and fruit crostata to enjoy alongside the wine. Overall an incredible day in Italian wine country and an EXCELLENT value for an unforgettable and unique experience!!

We had received an email confirmation with the question what our prefered time of the tour would be. When we received at the place we had to be we were welcomed and the tour started immediately. We stood in one of the wine vineyards and the tour guide gave us alot of information about their vineyars and how things are done. After that we went to the wine cellar where a large table was present with alot of wine bottles and snacks. The tour guide gave us information about more then 10 wines and he had let us taste them all. We experienced the tour as very pleasant, and would recommend it to everyone who love red win.
