I want my money back!

I want my money back! This tour is little more than a chance to take a photo at 15-minute stops. The first night you dropped at a bad hotel, hotel royal. This is the only hotel in Japan I didn't drink the water at. At 2:30 pm the first day I was dropped off at the hotel for 24 hours. It was a place of beauty. I was given to information just some coupons in Japanese. The next day I was picket up and driven to a stand, most of the produces was rotten. The guide got an apple for me that was rotten. I was taken to a town for the night. Everything there closed at about 8n which is when I got there so I eat at a 7 11. The morning market opened at 7am, my bus left at 9am. The tour guide was very kind and went out of his way to help me fine a way to get back to Tokyo, but I could not understand him. The guide English was so bad I learned more from the information he gave me then him! The lunch was good. Lunch is the only meal proved that day and I was not given a chance to stop for dinner. I was final dropped at the hotel which was one of the drop point and the guide help me find the train station. The tour end in Osaka about 500 miles from Tokyo. Before I left the company asked where I wanted to end the tour at. I explained that I would flighing out of Tokyo and asked what would be the best drop point. I receive a rude email the next day stating that there were three drop point and I needed to choose one. No additional info.ation was given. I'm really sad that the best part was when I was by myself at the lake. The the second was the Washington plaza really nice. Do your self a favor or you want to enjoy Japan don't take this tour.

Overall the tour is fantastic, it was almost a private tour.Hotels are the bottle neck, Royal Hotel you have to sleep in a tatami on the floor, but it has a better location for you to discover Kawaguichiko by yourself.
