Look NO FURTHER for your Tokyo cooking class! I can't recommend this class enough. Incredible home cooking, incredible host, Akiko, and incredible chance to experience local Tokyo culture. Akiko speaks unbelievable English and is not only a wonderful cook but also was so thoughtful about creating a class that taught us about the background of the ingredients we were using in the food. She was an absolute delight to learn from, and she let us bombard her with tons of questions. We made some of the best food we have had in Tokyo so far, which is saying a lot. We'll be using those recipes for many years to come!
