Sydney Airport (SYD) Private Transfer

We only had a day in Sydney and decided to book this private tour to the Blue Mountains. We are so glad that we did! David, our tour guide and owner of Escape Scenes was fantastic. He is super flexible depending upon what you want to see and what is important. He adjust the itinerary to meet your goals. We were able to see everything that was important to us without the headache of a large tour group. We would highly recommend this tour!

We have used Viator previously in Canada for both airport pickups and excursions and found them to be provide excellent service, which is why it is hard for us to classify this particular transer as average but that is all it was. The driver was late collecting us from the pick up point, we had to contact him three times via mobile phone before he eventually turned up. He was apologetic, but did not enter into any conversation on the journey to the hotel which was quite some distance. He also had to check his mobile phones sat nav a few times and apperaed at one point to be lost. This experience will not prevent us from using Viator in the future. Out excursions with them in the Sydney area were excellent

Did not perform the airport pickup. Driver was contacted the night before given passenger info and additional phone number if any issue occurred. Driver supposedly left because flight was late, I had to take a taxi instead.

Although it took about 15 minutes to meet up with our driver, the rest of the service was top-notch. Peter was very courteous and made us feel very welcomed after our 15 hour flight. He handled all the baggage and entertained us with interesting items concerning Sidney as he pointed out all of the sights along the way.

Would not recommend this transfer service. Pick up did not arrive and did not make contact with us to advise of any delay issues. We had to pay for another transfer after waiting 30 mins with no pick up in sight.
