if you are late on the day，no rescheduling no refund. Parking is not available on site either. Not satisfying experience.

I am always willing to hear constructive criticism if we have not met expectations and I understand you are disappointed you missed your session
However to leave a 1 star review shows that you lack both accountability and responsibility for your own actions and do not respect the operations of a business.
Upon booking you received a confirmation advising the time you must arrive as well as a recommended car park
Another reminder sent the day prior advising exactly the below
"Please arrive 15mins PRIOR to your scheduled time
We must run on time and are unable to wait for late arrivals
Our location is 58 Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise
Please allow for traffic and research your parking / travel requirements beforehand" ( as well as recommending a car park close by )
We also a text to you 35mins prior to your arrival time that also includes the recommended car park which is 100mtrs away
You arrived 22mins late, with no notice to us.
When you ask for a refund or a reschedule, you are in essence requesting a "Free Session" from us due to your lack of preparation
As much as we do our best to be flexible where we can ( and we are as you will see from multiple reviews from others ) first and foremost we are running a business and sometimes we need to stick to our policies to ensure that our business will still be here for years to come. This is especially the case on one of the busiest days of the year being Easter Saturday.
We believe we provide plenty of information for our guests to plan and prepare their travel prior to arrival and in this case your 1 star review is in very poor taste
