A Beautiful Experience

The most memorable part of this experience was getting to see and learn about the sea turtles they were absolutely beautiful. The crew was also extremely nice and made the experience very comfortable especially for my first time snorkeling.

Poor social skills, lack of sense of humor/ personality

Arriving at 12:30pm but having to fill out sign in sheets standing in the hot heat with nowhere to sit for 30mins and not only did we have to fill out our sheets we had to wait till the whole line of people fill out their sheets. I fill that could have been something done online like the waivers were. Then after we all were done filling out sheets we had to stand up longer in the heat while she gave a speech that could’ve been done after we were seated on the boat. The captain had no personality, one of the female mates were very rude to a kid that was about 9yrs old, he came back up out of the water but on his way back down he asked her for help with his life jacket and she said in a mean voice “ no you’re old enough to do it yourself “, like come really. You would ask the female mates question and they will act as if the didn’t hear you. The captain and the two female helpers acted as if they didn’t enjoy their job or didn’t want to be there, the male mate was nice. After snorkeling I feel they should have acknowledged that there were children on the boat and served snacks first instead of rushing to act friendly last minute with the adults by serving the liquor drinks and finally trying to act like they care where we’re from or what we like to gain tips. Otherwise the snorkeling part was fun and my boys enjoyed it, just rude customer service.

Perfect excursion for everyone in our family

We had a wonderful time on this tour. We took a large group of extended family and all really enjoyed it. The crew was phenomenal. They were so kind and helpful even when a few of our group were feeling a bit nauseated on the way out. The crew was quick to recognize it and offer club sodas and ice packs. We loved the snorkeling and got to see two turtles! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves seeing beautiful sea creatures!

My husband and I had a great time! We went to the Mariott around 10am and waited on their beach, snorkeling until 12:30 when it was time to board The Cat. The team was very hospitable - Serena, Jackson, Lindsey, and Caleb. The boat was beautiful and wasn't crowded. They took us to Turtle Cove where we saw 4 sea turtles and swam a reef; you get roughly an hour of snorkeling time. Once you get back on, they slowly travel back to the dock and serve alcohol and light snacks. It's almost like being at a restaurant because they serve you - you don't have to leave your seat and they check on you multiple times throughout the trip. Would definitely recommend!!! Adventure was on a Saturday from 1p to 4p.

The CAT and Crew are the best.

What can I say other than this team did everything they said they would. They showed us a fabulous time. We say turtles, fish, the reef, free swim, and beautiful views. They were the best hosts to the entire boat, in and out of the water. I would do it again in a minute.

Amazing snorkle adventure
Sabrina_L
, Jun 2022
My family had another amazing time on the cat. The crew does not disappoint. The water was big and blue and beautiful! And so crystal clear! The turtles and fish were just serene. I had wanted to include photos, but unfortunately the site upload is not working. Not matter how many times I try to upload. Oh and I cannot forget about those painkillers. Rum yum!
