My Dad and I signed up for this cooking class. We ended up being the only 2 participants on our date and it was an amazing experience. Friendly and informative teacher and easy transportation from our hotel. We ended up having heavy rain that night and we ate in a covered area with amazing night sounds around us I don't think I have ever heard so many animals active!. I would highly recommend for adults or maybe interested older teens!

Very average tour. Was meant to be a 4 hour tour but ours barely lasted 3 hours. We were the only ones on it and we were supposed to visit a village which didn't happen. When we got to the cooking it was disorganised.

This cooking class was excellent! the countryside was beautiful. We really appreciated the tour of the neighboring village as we met an absolutely beautiful woman who was gracious enough to show us how she prepares dinner for her family. The meal we learned to make was delicious and we learned new techniques for cooking Khmer food.

One of the best activities we've done in Sieam Reap. We were a bit unlucky and couldn't visit the city because it started raining very strongly. They managed to pick us up and take us to the cooking place. It was very beautiful, we could cook a wide range of typical Cambodian dishes with every detailed step explained. At the end they gave us the printed recipes and also prepared a dinner with our own dishes. Recommended activity in the island.

Der Start zum Kochkurs hat sich ein wenig holprig gestaltet: Zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt für den pick up war niemand anwesend, telefonisch war die veranstaltende Agentur nicht erreichbar. Mit gut 15 Minuten Verspätung (das waren wir im "pünktlichen Kambodscha" nicht gewohnt) wurden wir doch von einem TukTuk Fahrer aufgelesen und zum Ort der Cookig Class am Stadtrand von SIem Reap gefahren. Unser Koch, Seav Inh LAY, hat mit uns ein mehrgängiges Menü gekocht. Auch wenn es manchmal - wohl auch aufgrund der Kleinstgruppe von nur 2 Teilnehmern - ein wenig stressig war, haben wir viel über die kambodschanische Küche gelernt und wir hatten unseren Spaß beim Kochen. Gut gelungen sind die Speisen auch - das könnten wir in den Folgewoche nach der cooking class auch überprüfen: WIr haben nicht oft so gut oder gar besser gegessen als bei unserem Kochkurs.
