The Highlight of Our Trip
Ami_W
, Nov 2020
This was the highlight of our trip in Italy. My partner, Stefan, and I were really looking forward to doing a cooking class. Antonio was amazing and his family was lovely. The class was in his home, which made the experience so much more intimate. He made the experience welcoming and fun - we spent the whole night talking and laughing and trying out our terrible Italian (we also cooked). He really focused on the importance of good ingredients and taught us about how to find good ingredients in London. The food was simple, but really well made and tasted absolutely amazing. We really loved talking to him and will definitely do another class - or just go for dinner with him when we are in Sicily again. And of course, his dog is wonderful.

Antonio was so welcoming and the outdoor kitchen was an excellent set up for the class. Both Callum and I really enjoyed making and sampling the delicious food (and wine!). We would give 10 stars if we could!

My daughter and I took Antonio's class to learn about Sicilian cooking. It was a wonderful, entertaining evening. The food was great and Antonio and his wife made the evening unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this class. Well worth the money.

Great group of people from across the world (Belgians, Aussies, Americans, Brits and Germans) cooking, laughing, eating and sharing wine together. Antonio and his family made us feel really welcome in their home, while showing us how to make classic Sicilian dishes. Highlight of our time in Palermo and worth every euro!

An evening of comedy...with food!

Five of us had a WONDERFUL market tour and evening with Antonio and his family, learning to make the components of an excellent Sicilian menu. Most importantly, we laughed as we learned, and we enjoyed ourselves beyond measure. We will return to Sicily one day, and we will return to Antonio’s place, this time as family.

Met for the perfect afternoon with Antonio and his family for cooking, eating, drinking and great conversation! Our group had several different cultures, varied ages and different relationships that were all enjoying the shared time and learning experience. Highly suggested.
