My tour was on 17Dec(Tue) and I was being noticed on 16Dec 16:30 that the tour needed to be cancelled. They shift us to another Cadiz tour on 19th and the schedule was different from the original one which included the item I disliked. I was so upset and the tour guide was horriable.

Dear Winnie, We both know that this wasn't like this. You had two tours with us and we offered just to shift tours because you were the only on for Cadiz tour (you can check our cancellation policy). You accepted and you did the tour to Córdoba normally. For Cadiz tour we only changed pickup to 45 min before. If you wouldn't have accepted this, we would have refund money but you accepted and did the tour finally. Regarding guide, we'll asume that your opinion is not partial because we received many good reviews about our guides. We're sorry that you cannot appreciate the efforts we did to do both tours possible.

The guide was an excellent driver, company .She had a lot of knowledge about everything on the road and explained everything in details. Her name was Reyes and her company was Naturanda. Cadiz and Jerez was a nice trip, not very spectacular like Cordoba and Granada but as I said the best thing was this girl, our guide , that made the trip special
