This is a MUST DO when in Sedona. Everyone and everything about this was just simply life-changing! I walked into the center heavy-hearted and weighted down with emotional baggage I'd been dragging with me everywhere. I left my spiritual journey and experience with Sheila like a brand new woman with some long and short term goals that are attainable.
