Used this service when we entered Santiago and again upon departure. Great job. Took us awhile to get our health paperwork cleared and I worried the driver would not wait. He was there with a sign exactly where he said he would be. Good communication before hand. Picked us up on time for our flight out. Took the stress out of this portion of the trip.

I had a very bad experience with this trip and Viator was very unhelpful. My flight arrived at 9:25 pm and I got my bags and went to exit 4 to find the driver. I didn't see anyone there with a sign with my name on it. I waited at exit 4, in front of the pastry shop, and across from the tv screens and stairwell for authorized personnel for over 35 minutes. I messaged the tour provider and never received a response. I eventually went to the transvip station and got a ride to my hotel. This trip is also horribly overpriced. Viator charges roughly $50 for a private car when you can get the same ride for $35 from transvip or a $10 for a shared ride.
