My wife and I were basically abducted by three men saying they were our Viator transfer drivers at gate 4 at the airport We were driven to a place and forced to withdraw money from our ATM totaling over $264 then driven to the cruise terminal and dropped off I tried calling and texting the transfer operator multiple times during our abduction. The tour operator answered once stating “How can I help you” and that was all. I will never use Viator again and will tell everyone I know of my experience. I tried multiple times and ways calling and texting from the beginning of this episode and should have had the operator reply not once but multiple times I want my money back!!!!!

Our driver was on time, where he said he would be and assisted in getting our luggage to the vehicle. Spoke very little English but we were able to communicate just fine. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and in great condition. He got us to the port expeditiously. I would highly recommend this service to anyone!

It's not often I give poor reviews but on this occasion I had no choice. Our pick up was booked for 1.30pm from our hotel in downtown Santiago to San Antonio Port. At 1.45pm I asked our hotel to call the number on the confirmation as the driver had not turned up, we were told he was 12 minutes away and apologised. After another 25 minutes passed and I asked the hotel to call again. Finally he turned up 45 minutes late at 2.15pm. I specifically told them we had 5 pieces of luggage and would require a big vehicle, he turned up in a saloon and the luggage didn't fit in the boot so was placed with us. To make up time he drove pretty fast which wasn't good. It was stressful to say the least as we had a cruise ship to board. I would like to be compensated for the unnecessary duress this caused as it was definitely not value for money or a comfortable ride.
