A memorable experience for wine lovers
, Jul 2022
Very beautiful place, nice guides (very friendly), awesome wine, it was a relly good experience. The tour takes about a two hours, but it’s the perfect amount of time. And the store on the way out it’s just fantastic! Lots of promotions for those willing to buy more bottles.
I recommend this wine tasting trip!

It was a beautiful vineyard. The wines were good. Our guide Daniel was knowledgeable. One issue I want to mention is that our driver was unprofessional and delayed our trip by almost and hour and a half.

Tour was okay and the tour guide was very knowledgeable but at the end of the tour the power went off and couldn’t buy any wine!
Not as advertised
, Jun 2022
I was disappointed in the logistics. Ad said 9:30 a.m. pickup. The local tour guide claimed they had to pick us up at 7:40 a.m. Then at 7:40 a.m., changed it to 8:00 a.m. Then we made FIVE additional stops to pick up other people. At two stops, the person didn't show up. So basically we drove around Santiago for over an hour before we got on the road. (We did have a nice driver who gave us a mini-city tour while we were circling around.) Because of this, we arrived late and missed our tour. So we took the next one. Surprise! It was in Portugese because all the other clients were from Brazil - in spite of my requesting that it be in Spanish. Luckily, we understood (more or less) what was being said. But why offer in Spanish if you then have a tour guide (at the winery) who was giving the tour in Portugese? On the way back, we skipped the two stops where no one showed, so we only had three stops before we got back to our hotel. The tour was fine; the tastings were fine, but (1) don't advertise a 9:30 a.m. pick up and then advance it by nearly two hours; and (2) don't put Spanish-speaking people with Portugese-speaking guides.
Diablo delight

Nice winery, tasting was very good, do the premium one for sure, also highly recommend later in the day.
See where Chilean wine you drink in the US is from

Great driver took us out and back and we saw another side of Santiago life. English language Tour was very good, though the guide was a bit over the top. If you go in March, you get to sample 15 varieties of grapes on the vine. A truly unique experience. Wine samples and cheese were good beautiful grounds. Enjoyed original cellar.
It's all about the destination, not the journey
, Mar 2022
The tour of the winery itself was really nice, and I'd highly recommend the 'premium' version with the additional tasting of 4 x wines + cheese given by an actual sommelier. BUT remember that you're just booking transportation to/from Santiago with this tour... The driver contributes absolutely nothing, and the van itself was a claustrophobic nightmare for me (literally panic-inducing... but that's probably more my issue than theirs)
So much fun!!

Had a blast! The grounds are incredible and the history is fascinating. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The wine was delicious and we enjoyed the little restaurant and shop. Highly recommend for a lovely day away from the city and to also do the extra wine with cheese tasting!
Good value for the money
, Mar 2020
Good guide. Love that you could walk in the vineyard and tasting all the different grapes. Nice surrondings. Very beautiful. The wine and cheese tasting was also very nice. Easy and informative information of different type of wines, and what you can eat for the best combination.

Driver picked us up at appropriate time and location in a clean well appointed transfer van. Was courteous friendly and knowledgeable. Tour met and exceeded all exceptions. Could not have been better
no good rushing

Winery tour with a special touch
, Mar 2020
Great way to explore this magnificent winery! Guides were friendly and easy to talk to. The premium wine tasting at the end was an excellent conclusion.
A devilishly good wine tour
, Feb 2020
Wasn't a rushed tour, all well explained. The garden with the different varieties of grapes to taste is a good idea. The wine and cheese tasting also very good and worth doing.
Winery is Great. Tour Company was Horrible.
, Feb 2020
The Winery itself is amazing. But the tour company who took us was horrible. First of all we waited an hour and a half for the driver to pick us up because apparently as they put it. There van broke down and we ended up missing our tour in English and had to do the Spanish tour which we could not understand.
Premium wine and cheese pairing, worth it.
, Feb 2020
Very good tour of the winery including the famous Casillero del Diablo. The wine tasting including the extend premium wines was excellent. If we had just done the standard wine tasting we would have been disappointed.
, Feb 2020
Everything was rushed at the Vinery.... no English Speaking guide available.....we had requested one. Not happy 😞
, Feb 2020
This trip did not work out. I received an email from the provider at 9:30pm The night before the tour. It stated they would need a additional $49.00 to cover the pickup at our hotel and that we would be picked up at 7:40 AM for a 9:30AM booked tour. I returned a message saying that this was not acceptable and I requested a refund. There was no reference to these conditions when I booked the tour. You can not change the tour after the refund time has passed. O want a full refund!
A must
, Feb 2020
Everything about this tour was excellent, it was the first winery I’ve visited where they had a wide variety of grapes growing for visitors to sample straight from the vines. The 4 premier wines paired with cheeses were fabulous; I can highly recommend it!
Visit to the vineyard

Beautiful setting. Guide most knowledgeable. Liked the area with the different types of grapes. The story about the devil was well done and the wine tasting was very good
Fun place, disappointing tour
, Jan 2020
Disorganized, dirty bus, tour guide lost the group. The winery and cheese tasting was a blast, but the tour needs to work out some issues.
