Travel was handled extreemly well by Santa Monica Tours bu the night before when we arrived in LAt Viator Rep who took my reservations negleted to tell me that I would have emails from Santa Monica Tours. Those emails came to my SPAM folder and since I was not expecting them, I deleted them. But thanks to the excellent customer service of Dave Nichols at Santa Monica Tours who forwarded me the information and hotel voucher at the last minute after we got to LA, we were able to proceed.
