For the price that we paid for this trip, it was very dissapointing. From start to finish it was very unorganized, they over-packed the van with people, requiring people to sit uncomfortably close to one another. Once we got to the rainforest, there was about 40 people on the tour which took us about 1 1/2 to get up to the waterfall when it could've take 25-30 mins. The rainforest was absolutely beautiful; however, I would not book with this company again. On the way home, we had to switch vans and didn't have enough seats for everyone again, it was very chaotic. The tour guides were very nice it just seems like the organization was lacking and it was very overpriced. They did not even provide water, and we got home 4 hours later than expected.

The tour itself was good. Ryan was a great and entertaining guide. We enjoyed the hike, slide, cliff jumping, and swinging rope. The only reason for not a perfect score is there was mechanical failure with the van on the way back and the other people in the group complained a lot. It was a very large group, multiple vans. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed ourselves. It’s a great way to see and experience the rainforest.

This tour is perfect! It gives you a little bit of everything, you’ll get to try local food, el yunque is a beauty in it self but going through it made it so much fun . Yes it’s muddy and slippery but it’s nature what do you expect! The water slide is awesome and the tour Gide (papi chulo) is very charismatic! It end at luquillo beach where you get to grab another bite to eat and shop a little. Take some aleve before and after the tour !!

The excursion is amazing. The walk through the rainforest is beautiful but very muddy and slippery. I almost lost my shoe and fell a slipped a few times. The walk is not difficult but the mud oh my lol. This is all a part of the experience. It wa very rewarding to jump into the water after all that mud. Luquillo Beach is serene. I would suggest packing your own lunch as the restaurants at the beach are very slow. Overall, a great experience.

This was more of a hiking experience, didn’t get to see anything in the rainforest which I was looking forward to since I took my children with me. Oh well 🤨

A wonderful and memorable experience!

To be honest, I was not sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews. But from the pick up at the hotel to the drop off, the experience was truly amazing. I think everyone should know that this tour is a very physical adventure. Be ready to get dirty and use muscles you haven’t used before. Wear comfortable clothing water shoes or old hiking shoes(I think hiking shoes are best). The tour guides were amazing and explained everything in detail every step of the way. Our safety was definitely a priority to our tour guides. The only slightly negative thing I would say is that the driver drove a little too fast for me. But ultimately got us to our destination safely. We were not able to experience the beach part of this tour like we have like to but we did enjoy some amazing stuffed avocados with shrimp and a coconut mojito. I would definitely recommend this tour. Thank you for a wonderful and amazing experience!
