Tour guide was sweet but had lack of control over the tour and I missed a lot of snorkel time because of it. Got some great pics but in the end I didn’t spend as much time actually snorkeling as I would have liked.

It was OK.

This was a fun experience for the kids. I scored it as Average. COVID had changed their parking/meet up location. Not sure if parking is free at their original meet up spot but it was $5 at the new location. It was semi challenging to locate for tourists. If you missed your turn then you had to circle around another 8min to get back to them. This was a bit stressful. The water was very murky which made it difficult to see anything. My goggles wouldn't wipe clear so I had lots of water droplets to see past. I overheard another guest complain of their goggles too. We chose this tour because the Snorkeling on culebra was closed due to COVID.

We had a great time. Violet was our instructor and she was great. She was very patient as our group was mainly young children. She was also very informative which is always a plus. The kids learned and we all had a great time. Wendy the operator was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this company. I just wish hey would email me or send me my groups pictures.

We had a great time with Bruce and Violet. With everything going on they made us feel safe and secure. We got great pictures and hopefully when all this is over we’ll be back and can do this again!

Good experience, some things you should know

The guides are really fun and friendly. Good snorkel gear is provided - the kind of snorkel you can dive with. A couple of important notes that I wish I’d known: - they do NOT have towels, so bring some with you. - they also do NOT have change rooms, so you should have a swimsuit on before you get there. They do have tubs in their van that you can leave your clothes and belongings in while you’re in the water.

The guides were very helpful and friendly (Alberto and Grace). The water wasn't very clear, but we were able to see a turtle and a good amount of fish.

Meh, could have been better

I would give 5 stars had the visibility been better the day we went, but that was out of the guides control. She did give us the option ahead of time to cancel our reservation and get a refund due to choppy water and low visibility. We were already there and had nothing else planned so we gave it a shot - not a great idea. The water was super murky and my friend & I got pretty nauseous from how rough it was. The guide and 1 person in our group saw a turtle - so they are out there! They’re shy and swim fast, so it seems hard to spot them anyway. I saw maybe 2 fish - nothing exciting. Our guide was very attentive and professional - she helped the best she could. Sent us some cool GoPro videos of fish and the turtle though. If I did it again, I would likely rent just a mask and snorkel and swim around myself to explore. You go in right off the shore of a small bay, so it’s open to the public. If it’s your first time snorkeling this would be great to learn how. I am a pretty experienced snorkeler so I don’t think having the guide was necessary. Overall; not the best but not the worst experience.
