AMAZING EXPERIENCE. All the tour guides were very patient, educational and inviting. This was a very unique experience and I’m so glad we came. It is not the easiest hike but it is well worth the experience. The food at the end was very delicious would highly recommend. You do get wet and muddy so dress appropriately

What a great trip! Mike, Ellie, and Sammy were so friendly and awesome to have as our guides. We knew a little about what to expect from other reviews, but this adventure is a MUST if you are spending time in Puerto Rico. We felt safe the entire time, even though some parts were challenging. Thanks for a great experience!

Everything was so perfect, the guides were so nice and made sure that we were always safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this excursion. I would say though, you definitely have to do a lot of climbing so if you have any breathing issues or pre existing conditions (bad knee, back pain, etc). I wouldn’t chance it.

This was a great experience. We were a group of 10 and we had 3 guides, Eli, Mike, and Sammy. They all had a great sense of humor. They were very fun and knowledgeable. The adventure was awesome, there were awesome views and flowers. The rappelling is a must do if you’ve never experienced it. Grandma’s food was delicious. Overall I would recommend this to anyone.

WORTH IT

Ellie and Alphonso were fantastic. It was a hike through the mountain, climbing up waterfalls. Definitely bring a change of clothes, water proof phone case to capture the experience, comfortable Dri-fit clothing. The home-made food we ate afterwards was just like my mothers cooking. Well worth it.

Over 40...Repelling and Ziplining... Thank you for this memory!

This was my first excursion with Viator and I can honestly say I wish I knew about this when I was younger. This was the best excursion I ever did. It was challenging but well worth it. Turning 43, me and my group of friends decided to do something different. Instead of just hanging at the beautiful beaches of PR, or doing the bar and party scene in Old San Juan, lets make this old man go on a hike and visit the Rain Forests of Puerto Rico. The Tour leader, Mike and his driver picked my group of 7 and 4 more people around 9:00am. I liked that it was a small group of 11 because it was more intimate. It took about 45 minutes to get to the spot and I was prepared mentally about the hike that they warned us about, but it was pretty strenuous. First thing first, invest in watershoes. You will need it. I would also invest in dri-fit shorts and top. You will be going through creeks, sharp rocks, and slippery slopes before to reach the top. Our tour guides where there every step of the way. Me being the oldest, I was at the back of the group the whole time. They didn't make me feel dumb and I was filled with a lot of encouragement when I made it. After about a mile hike was the highlight of the trip. Repelling down a waterfall! The tour guides were great about taking pictures. If I told people that this 43 year old did this, they wouldn't believe me. Thank you for taking the pictures for proof. After that we got to go through 3 ziplines which was also great experience. After the tour, we all enjoyed the Lunch they provided. It was the San Juan home cooking we all enjoyed. All in all, it was a great trip and we ended around 3:00pm which gave us more then enough time to go beach to the beaches of San Juan to heal our battle scars in the ocean. Next time you go to San Juan, especially with a small group, do yourself a favor. Do this tour. This will be the experience and the memory that you and your group will remember. Thank you Mike and your team!
