Confused departure time

Unfortunately we missed this tour! Confusion on the departure time from our hotel! Would suggest that Viator be consistent and have the vendor state exact dept time vs the tour start time when confirming tour! Our other tours we booked had the correct departure times but this tour had the tour start time on our confirmation! Requested a refund due to this confusion Bad rating only because of this—was really excited about this experience!
