Perfect 4-hour tour

We greatly enjoyed this 4 hour morning tour. We saw more sites and learned more information about San Francisco than we could possibly done on our own. The tour guide was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. There were nice opportunities to get off the bus at several stops to walk around and photograph the Painted Ladies, the Golden Gate Bridge and the ocean at the location of the former Sutro Baths.

Knowledgeable guide but company schedule issues.

Guide was extremely knowledgeable. Points of interest very good. However, we were not told that most of the bus was heading in to Alcatraz which cut short the stops and prevented us from seeing more or spending more time in some of the stops. 1 hour lost driving and dropping off passengers to Alcatraz which we did not intend to do. Therefore we feel the company did not provide the entire tour we signed up for.

Too expensive for what you would get. Bus Was new and comfortable though. Information provided wasn’t that good. Driver kept on referencing movies. Only 3 stops. I think the hop on and hop off option is better.

SF Grand City Tour

I have taken the San Francisco Grand City tour on a very foggy saturday and we actually didn’t get to see so many things unfortunately. We had only 3 stops. First was at a great cafe next to pacific ocean coast, here the view was amazing. It was the only stop that actually was worth the tour. Afterwards we drove to gate golden bridge through the gate golden park which was pretty nice but we had no stop in the park apparently. At the golden gate bridge everything was foggy, we bearly saw some strings from the bridge and that’s all. Then we just drove in the city to check some surroundings but again with no stop which was really annoying. The lombard street could only be seen by far away, we didn’t even get to see it closer enough. The next stop was at fisherman’s warf so the tourists that were going to alcatraz could get to their cruises. Then we went back to the departure place and the journey was completed. No stops at twin peaks ( they didn’t even mention it), golden gate park or other attractions mentioned in the tour description. The guide tour was Josh, he was really nice. He told us a lot of stories of the city in a really enjoyable and funny way. Unfortunatelly, the tour did not give me the chance to see the city , I think a better option would have been to check the hop and off bus that was going to all the major attractions.

Excellent tour and our driver/guide Don was personable and knowledgeable. We were disappointed that the tour was cut short due to timing to get some guests to their Alcatraz tour. We didn't get to see the Golden Gate Bridge from the ocean side since we had to return so early.

Spent most of the time in the bus. Hope that we could go down for a few mins in the Palace of Fine Arts. Golden Gate Park was a bit boring...

Great Overview of the City By the Bay

I was traveling alone on business and made a last-minute decision to take the bus tour. I was able to purchase a ticket a few hours in advance. Overall, I enjoyed the trip, the sites, and the tour guide. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. I believe his name was Alejandro. We stopped about the Palace of the Arts, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Twin Peaks. We drove through various neighborhoods and the driver pointed out important landmarks (buildings, restaurants, the church where Joe DiMaggio attended, where the hippies hung out, etc.). He also played a few popular songs written about San Francisco. It was a Sunday, and it was cold and windy. You can leave your coat and water on the bus, so bring them. On Sunday, you can't drive through the major park, so we had to go around it. There were charging ports and WiFi on the bus. Overall, a good experience.
