We had a wonderful afternoon with Cynthia - she was the consummate hostess as she took us on a well-paced walk around little Italy interrupted with interesting food stops along the way. There was one other person on the tour and we felt like we were spending the afternoon with friends. Our final stop was for pizza late in the afternoon. We didn't need dinner that night.
Just hanging out with Wes, but will go back today to eat at a few places he took us to yesterday.

Wes was amazing. We have been coming to SF and Little Italy our whole lives, over 50 years. He was able to tell us things we did not know and take us places we had never been. All food was amazing. We were sorry we had eaten breakfast before our 10am tour. We will comeback and take another one of his tours next time we are in town.
Blandina, our guide was great. She lived in the area and took us to places off the beaten path. Everyone in that neighborhood was so friendly. I wanted to move there. I would highly recommend this tour. The food was delicious, the guide entertaining and welll spoken. Great for singles, couples or families.
I love walking tours, but didn't know quite what to expect on this one. Our local guide provided lots of stops for samples of sandwiches from the smaller restaurants, and some coffee and pastry, too from a shop where the locals go. BLANDINA greeted people as we walked so it really felt like an insider's view of the neighborhood. I was just wishing for a little more history, but it was a delightful afternoon!
We had a great time on the tour with Brian yesterday, he went above and beyond for our group! We had a little cannoli snafu, which ended up with us doing a taste comparison of several cannoli in North Beach, which only added to the fun. Everything we ate was wonderful and Brian was very knowlegable about the history of the neighborhood. I definitely recommend!
We had an excellent time with our tour guide Brian. All of the food was delicious and it was a lot of great history. I’m a local, but brought my in laws on this as they visited from out of town. It was a great activity for us all to do together. I think the pizza was some of the best I’ve ever had!
