We were an hour late and the driver was still waiting for us. Travelling into Rome in a well driven vehicle is always a plus especially when the driver points out the relevant interesting locations as you pass.

A no worry drive in a place we had no idea where to go. Our driver was there waiting for us with our name on a sign, carried my wife’s luggage and was extremely courteous and polite. The ride was comfortable and the air conditioning was a welcomed relief in 35 degrees temperatures. Highly recommend this service. We are using them again in 2 weeks when we land in Paris!

I purchased this transfer for my mother and I as it was my first time in Rome and wanted a stress free arrival in Rome. Our driver was on time and had a sign displaying my name. Although it was a shared transfer, we were the only ones picked-up and he transported us to our hotel in a very sleek Mercedes that impressed my mom and added another element to our travel. He dropped us off right near the hotel- since it was in a pedestrian area. Overall, since it was my first time i did not know that flat fee to CIA from Rome is 30 euro, it was a stress free way to travel. But if i had to come again i would most likely just take a cab.

If you want to wait 95 minutes before you leave the airport - with the first 45 not knowing if your taxi was even going to turn up calls to the number on the voucher just said they didn't work with the company anymore - then this is the service for you.
