Car was too small for family but apparently it was due to Viator not properly relaying our information, so it would be wise to confirm with them after contact is established. Despite courthat,very the driver was very courteous and professional and the company offered a solution to fix it.

The vehicle that came for the airport transfer did not have the same car shown as picture. It is Mercedes Sedan car which the driver has difficulties to fit our luggages which i paid for 3 persons in this booking. The private transfer did not stop in front of airport and we required to walk for 10 mins to the driver car. Overall experience is average.

Dear client, the price of this product is per passenger not per vehicle type. As we try to lower exaust gases due to contamination problems worldwide, depending on the number of passengers travelling we send the best suited car for the job. For example, we cannot send a private 8 passenger minivan for only 3 passengers. Thanks
