We met our guide and golf cart driver...

We met our guide and golf cart driver in a substantial rain. The golf cart was open on all sides so there was no protection. The golf cart then proceeded to run out of power approx. 20-30 minutes into the tour and we were then stranded waiting for 40 minutes while many phone calls ensued. Finally, it was determined that no taxi or private driver would be available to replace the open non-functioning golf cart and we paid again for a taxi return to our hotel. The tour guide was most helpful, but alas, with a non functioning mode of transportation and a non-existent tour, followed by less than stellar customer service, the review cannot be more than 2 stars and that is generous under the circumstances.

Mariah was an awesome tour guide. 12 people on three golf carts seeing the beautifully lit sites in Rome. Much better than large bus tours. Drivers were experts in negotiating traffic and streets.
