Giovanni gave us an excellent detailed funny informative 1 hour tour of the first and second levels of the Colosseum. he added lots of fun and was very attentive and accommodating to everyone in attendance. His accent was quite strong so you really had to listen to understand him but what he said was all enjoyable. Seeing Rome in 1 day from the cruise ship terminal is very challenging and you have to move fast . doing this 1-hour Colosseum tour helped us fit everything into our tight schedule. This and other viator trips have been excellent!

Asked four people along the way and even called the main number. Apparently this company has two offices in the same location. Was directed to the wrong location and first person was not helpful. Finally made it to the correct location. Do not understand why they could not meet us where all the other tours were meeting. Very difficult directions. Tour was good. The guide knew a lot and liked to talk about the subject but we had to stand in one location for a very long time!

Thank you for your review. For every booking, we send the confirmation ticket with the office's address on it. All our tours are starting from our office. You had to arrive at the office address you had on your meeting point details on your ticket. As you saw, our office is 2 minutes walking distance from Colosseum. We advise our customers to check the address on their ticket before going and to get familiar with the area.

Fastrack entry was good and the tour had some interesting bits but alot of time was spent getting out of other peoples way as we tried to listen to the guide. Also in the very small print it apparently says you have to arrive half an hour before your booked time so we nearly missed our tour (as did others) , why not just make each slot 30 mins earlier??
