Rome’s Culinary Delights

Amazing food and Guilia was such a lovely guide. It’s a great time to see Rome (post lockdown, less tourists), and the stops on the tour are well chosen. I won’t give away the food choices, but they’re all fab! If you’re a real wine fan, the tour is outweighed by food (just two wines), but otherwise I’d highly recommend it.

This was by far my favorite tour! Gaia was an AMAZING GUIDE! We had the most amazing food and wine. She was super knowledgeable and so passionate about her country. She was friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I can't thank her enough for making this a great experience. . .from the artichokes, to the caprese and cheese plate, pizza and pasta, and gelato to espresso and WINE. . . this is so worth the $ and time! Will defineately book again next year! Ciao

Great evening tour with an enthusiastic guide Giula, we had an excellent time! We walked through areas we did not know, got some information and had nice food and drinks in a very pleasant group.

We had a wonderful evening during this tour. Lots of courses and great food and along with a history lesson. We would highly recommend you ask for Gulia to be your guide as she puts in a lot effort and love in the trip.

Food tour

This was a very well done tour if you are looking for a General Food tour and some quick highlights of the Jewish ghetto. I assumed this was a food tour inside the Jewish ghetto where there are many restaurants. We only stopped at 1 restaurant inside the ghetto. Our guide was a fantastic & knowledge art historian. So if your looking for a general food tour- this was very good. If your looking for a Food tour inside the Jewish ghetto- this is not it!

Our guide Greta was very pleasant and informative. Learned about the small Jewish area in Rome. Unfortunately unable to see some places due to road closure.

Not worth it

Thought it would be a unique experience, especially from the photos posted by the tour. Tour guide, Greta, not a “host” just a guide. Especially with an excursion like this the group needed someone to set a fun tone. Food very plentiful but mediocre. No instruction was offered as to how to pace yourself in eating. She did not sit with us while eating. Really just got us from place to place. Explanation of ghetto poor and this was a part ghetto tour. Definitely not worth the high cost of trip A disappointment.

Lots of fun touring with 8 strangers who became friends over the course of the walking tour and six different little meals. We got some good history along the way, saw some beautiful sights, and of course, ate lots of delicious food - almost too much! Two desserts! Pasta, pizza, wine and beer, plus cheese and meats & fried artichokes. Yummy fun and knowledgable guide. Thanks Gaia!
