Driving in Italy is a bit sketchy to begin with, but this guy took it to a new level. I dont get car sick but his driving was HORRIBLE and I actually felt like I was going to be sick. He was all over the road, cussing, slamming his breaks, cutting off other vehicles. It was scary! Worst transfer ever! Only reason hes not getting a 1* is because he was at our hotel at the agreed upon time and managed to get us to the port. Book elsewhere. But, I also didn't like the fact that you have to email 48 hours prior to confirm. I think thats unnecessary and a bit of a hassle. All other companies manage to arrange transfers without having to be reminded. Save the hassle and book with another company...

About the reconfirmation, We ask you to reconfirm up to 48 hours before the transfer it means you can book and confirm straight away or you can confirm month in advance or leave it to 2 days before the transfer...we think it is benificial not only for us but specially for the customers that sometimes wish to change pick up time, location , etc

It was pouring rain on Friday and our driver arrived early, which was great because we were already in the lobby. He came to us and introduced himself to us. He was very courteous and professional and the ride was very smooth and comfortable in a town car. He was also able to drop us off right in front of the the luggage drop area for the Viking Star. I highly recommend this service if you do book your transfer through your cruise ship.

Our driver arrived early at our central Rome boutique hotel for our 9:30 am Monday scheduled meeting time, and was waiting for us as we checked out. The car was clean and in excellent condition. Our driver was polite and well dressed. He was an excellent driver. The drive to Civitavecchia was about 1:30. He delivered us curbside to the Edge cruise terminal. we highly recommend this private, prompt and competitively priced car transfer.
