Colliseum Tour guide was a boring monotone. English was spoken with italian grammar . She had absolutely no charisma. Marathon speaker kept on talking without stopping. Has no tour guide talent. I had better experience with the Viator tour guide in Amsterdam Vatican tour guide was an even more boring monotone. Had hard time following her English that too was spoken with italian grammar . She too had absolutely no charisma. Grandma style speaker kept on talking without stopping. Has no tour guide talent. Talked about more than 30 minutes at the entrance of the Vatican museum. We left the tour at that point as we could not bear her lengthy uninteresting lectures.

The tours of the Colosseum and Ancient Rome as well as the Vatican and Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica was great. The tour guides were really knowledgeable and friendly and the headsets made listening to the guides much easier!. I would definitely recommend these tours. The hotel was ok. It was more a BB than hotel which I was not expecting. Close to the bus line and metro and the Vatican.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Ancient Rome portion of this tour. Our guide, Felicity Fee was simply amazing and provided a wealth of information on all of the sites and a great background on the history of the sites. I can't praise Fee enough for the job she did. I'm not going to rate the Vatican Museum tour since we took the tour on the day before Easter and the Vatican was a madhouse.

Two days in Rome is what it is. Our guides were awesome 5 stars, the company not so. They overloaded the Vatican trip with about 50 people which really overworked the guild and took away from our time. Colosseum and Ancient guild and trip was Awesome!!! 5 stars Hotel was great, A/C repaired after first night was EXCELLENT. 5 stars Car service was on time and in an SUV 5 stars
