Disappointing, however beautiful area. The description noted small group tour. This was a full size bus load to start that then joins another 3-4 full size bus loads that all then get on the boat. It was cram packed with people so if you are looking for a smaller group, there are other tours out there we found that would better suit your needs. It is a full day tour and what really disappointed us was not getting the correct information either from the get go on if it was a bus ride down or a boat from Rio down. So the tour day was very disappointing but again, you will see some beautiful sights outside of Rio.

Pick up was at 7am, we arrived in Angra dos Reis at 11h30 4h30 to get there, definitely too long. The guide was great and very friendly and helpful. We had bad weather and it was cold, boat trip was nice, 3 stops to swim. Food on the boat was very good as well. But would not do it again, just for the 4h30 drive in the morning and 3h30 hours back in the evening.
