Experience of a lifetime.
, Dec 2021
A brilliant must do experience, even on the shortest day of the year with ice on the ground and a short snow shower. The organisation of the trip from pick up, snorkeling and return afterwards was perfectly timed. Our instructor Timos was excellent and all other team members who helped.
Excellent Trip - highly recommend

Amazing tour! Our guide Nick was great and really accommodating! The snorkelling itself was absolutely unreal, such a great experience- I would recommend this tour to anyone thinking of booking! The dry suits are brilliant so you don’t even feel the cold water! And some nice hot chocolate at the end to warm us up after changing out of the dry suits :)
Don’t book with Arctic Tours, find a company that cares about it’s guests
, Dec 2021
I am very disappointed in my experience. My flight was delayed through no fault of my own. I had several reservations made with other tour companies. They all worked with me to get them rebooked. The company (Arctic tours) gladly took my money and did not offer a reasonable alternative. Unfortunately this was the most expensive tour and the one we were most excited about. They kept repeating the same company line which was cold and incompassionate. Horrible customer service. I won’t make the same mistake again to book with this company again. I am greatly disappointed and hope others will book with a company that actually cares about it’s guests.

Loved it!

Brilliant trip and brilliant guides. Well worth the money!! It snowed quite heavily when we were in the water but that made it more fun. The dry suits are fab too- definitely don’t worry about being cold! The whole team were fab but our guide was Goran and he was great.
Must do adventure!

This was fantastic trip and a well...

This was fantastic trip and a well done excursion. We were nervous before we got there because I wasn't in the best of shape. But the guides have a lot of patience and if you are not ready they either help or wait. We went with a small group which I recommend if you are older and not in your best physical condition. Mind you the most exertion was putting on the dry suit and walking to water. Walking part was not far, i guess 70 meters, but you are in layers tight thermal wear which made it harder. Once in the water I was fine, the feel of the suit eases on your body. Swimming even frog style is hard because I couldn't get my legs in the water. I was never cold in the water or afterwards, the air temp was 14 degrees C. The water is crystal clear you can see really well. The guide watches you the entire time to make sure you are all Ok. I am so glad I went. The group of dive instructors really look after you and are friendly.
This was such a cool tour...

This was such a cool tour. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide and our dive master were so patient and helpful. It was a challenging snorkel, but definitely worth it.
