Great time!

“Good Knee” was fantastic, and we had a great time. The food was delicious and we learned a lot about this great town.
Eyglo was great! Food was amazing! Awesome experience

This tour was fantastic! We didn't know what to expect for quality, as Iceland isn't world renowned for food. Our original tour was canceled, but the company gave us options that same day or other several other days, they were very flexible. The small group setting was amazing, which is why our original slot was canceled. Having other people to share in this experience made it that much better. Eyglo did a great job walking us through downtown Reykjavik giving mini lessons along the way. She kept the conversation going if needed and answered all of our questions. The most amazing thing, however, was the food! Absolutely awesome dishes at every stop. Lots of lamb and fish, as expected, but it was delicious. I would strongly recommend this tour!
A great way to experience Reykjavik

Excellent tour. Thor was a perfect guide. Highly recommend to get a taste of the city. All the restaurants were food.
Walking off the calories.

The tour guide, Thormodi, knew about the food we sampled, and explained what each one was; but also told the history behind the dishes. He also knew a lot of Icelandic history. Fantastic food and fantastic guide.

Thor was great! He was very knowledgeable, and pleasant to be with. The stops that we made gave us huge portions of food, and by the time we were done I thought I might never eat again. Everything was delicious, and most had tastes that I had never experienced before. I might recommend that in the future a small slip of paper with the name and address of the establishment we visited be provided to those on the tour so that they might go back to savor the experience one more time.

Maggie was very knowledgeable about the city’s history. It was like two tours for the price of one! She was entertaining and easy to talk to.

Food and interesting talks

We had a great tour. We got to taste some different Icelandic specialities - nothing to weird. Also we got interesting facts about Iceland and Reykjavik. Plus interesting conversations about Iceland in comparison to other Nordic countries.
Better than you can imagine!

This food walk tour was better than we had expected! Our tour guide walked us round the different food places but on top of that showed us many of the historic tourist spots and explained some of the history. The food was beautiful, the tour guide just amazing and a great way to get to know the city and try some local cuisine! Fantastic all round!
Amazing food experience

Our guide was excellent and knowledgable! The food portions were tasty and very large. We did not need to eat dinner after this tour. We highly recommend it for anyone who wants an authentic Iceland food experience!!

Had an amazing experience with Julia, our tour guide. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and super sweet! And oh my goodness the food, some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Definitely recommend making this a thing to do when you visit, it became a highlight of my trip.
