Amazing!!!

We decided to book this tour last-minute at the end of our trip and we’re SO glad we did! Daniel was an amazing tour guide and very knowledgeable about how to find the lights. He gave great camera tips and suggested an app to download to your phone in order to be able to photograph the lights. It worked well on my iPhone and I was able to get pics of the lights! It was a cold night (so bundle up!) but Daniel made it better by supplying warm hot chocolate and chocolate lava bites. It was one of the best parts of our trip!

Saw the most magical moments of our lives as the Aurora danced for us. Daniel was everything we could have ever wanted in a guide and so much more I never even knew I could want.

We unfortunately weren’t able to see the lights due to unforseen clouds, but the guide tried his best to find them, gave detailed explanations about the lights; helped us with camera settings; i know it would have been perfect if the skies had not been cloudy; we could reschedule for free. Hot choco and choclates provided which was a nice touch.

Northern Light extravaganza!

Our 3 night stay in Reykjavik was cloudy but on the night of our tour, a good spot near the Keflavik airport was selected for the Northern Lights viewing as skies were clear. The Northern Lights did not disappear. Very surreal but cool to see the lights and stars!

Our guide Daniel provided an interesting and entertaining commentary and he provided help with setting up our cameras to capture any sighting. He was very accommodating, welcoming and I enjoyed his humour. The tour stopped at a few locations in search of the Aurora, including Thingvellir National Park which was eerie by night. We managed to see the lights at our 3rd stop and although a little dim my long exposure shots, as set up on my phone by Daniel, picked up the bright greens. The Hot Chocolate and Chocolate Lava treats were most welcome. Pick up and drop off was well orchestrated. I'm very tall and the coach seats had decent leg room. I highly recommend this tour.

Albert was our driver and Kristen was our guide. Excellent understanding of the history of the Northern Lights and the patterns to watch for. My iphone pics don’t do them justice, but this was a magical experience I could not have imagined! Book with a company that takes the time and truly cares about your experience!

A once in a lifetime experience

After a long, cold night (thank goodness for the warm bus) - well it was definitely worth it. Our tour guide - Daniel the aurora whisperer - was very entertaining and informative, and totally honest about the chances of seeing the aurora. While I would have preferred a less windy night (though of course that was no one's fault) it was something to remember for a lifetime. You're not always guaranteed to see the aurora, of course, but chances are you will. Highly recommended!

Great tour but no lights

Was cancelled the night before because weather was terrible so they moved us to next day after contacting them, on the next day we had an amazing evening with an American man as our guide! He was brilliant and so informative, we didn’t see the lights but we had a good day, saw some amazing views of the active volcano at night

Excellent guide and Driver

Our guide Dan, aka the Borealis Whisperer is excellent. He did his homework on solar activity, solar wind, and anticipated areas of clear skies. We didn’t see any northern lights, but the volcano was spectacular. He even took us to a spot to view it when it was apparent the northern lights would not be visible. The only failure is the company does not respond to the messages you leave them as a reply . Some people couldn’t get a call back etc. it’s on the strength of Dan and the driver alone that I give these guys 5
