Even though we didnt get to see the lights, Omar was fantastic and made it a fun night. Omar truly did his best to find the lights and entertained us with fantastic stories ftom Iceland and took us to see a few local gems!!! I would highly recommend thus tour.

Disappointing Tour

Tour on 3 Dec was almost certain not seeing anything when it took off. Probability according to the guide less than 18% of seeing Aurora. Tour took off late 22:30 "to have a chance to see Aurora", then continued to 2 places waiting in the dark - even still cloudy -- could be already envisaged that nothing would come up. Guide did not talk much after some introductory stories, then long waiting with no action. 1 Cinnamon roll and some hot chocolate could not compensate for that. No offer of re-booking to another day at the end ... disappointing start in a for the rest wonderful holiday. Not recommendable if visual probability is less than 20% - safe your money instead for a good dinner in the Capital.

Pros:The guide really tried. Hot choc n cinemon bun were nice. Free wifi. Cons: When they knew it was cloudy they should have rescheduled or refunded. 20 ppl is NOT a small group. We were one of the last to be picked up and dropped off both of which took an hour and meant we couldn't sit together. Van is absolutely awful. Jumps at every speed bump. Seat belt not working on one of our seats. No wonder ppl were quiet and grumpy all evening. Didn't feel safe. Overall would not recommend or repeat. A waste of time and money.

Didn't see the lights, but was a good guide who tried his best to keep spirits up!

Didn't get to see the lights sadly, but was a good guide who tried his best to keep spirits up. My only complaint is that the mini bus was freezing!! We were so cold. I would have expected for the price we paid that the bus would have been adequately heated.

We had perfect conditions for viewing the Northern Lights. Our tour guide brought us to a great spot. We saw an awesome display. The hot cocoa and cinnamon buns were delicious. Dress warmly, it was very windy and cold. Many of the people on our tour had to warm themselves in the bus and missed some of the display.
