Amazing experience! The staff was lovely, the guided walk your on the island was really nice, the glass bottom boat tour was perfect to see the coral, and most of all the snorkelling session was awesome! We saw many turtles, wonderful corals and fishes.. Definitely worth it and highly recommended!

We went on a rainy day and the boat was not crowded at all lots of food felt like we had our own tour guide saw sharks, lots of fish, turtles, and coral. Highly recommend the trip. trip out was a little rough but trip back was very smooth.

All the staff were so professional and friendly. The boat is fab with plenty of space and the island trip and glass bottom boat trip were very interesting. The highlight of the trip is snorkelling on the reef. We saw plenty of turtles and fish. The lunch was brilliant too! I would recommend this trip.

A day to remember for all the right reasons. The trip delivered on its stated activities with real aplomb - the staff were hugely enthusiastic (Danny and Georgia in particular) and knowledgeable. Rarely, one came away feeling that there had been no corners cut in providing a high quality service and experience. A bumpy ride out and smooth surf back added to the overall variety! Day starts at 7am and parking is easy . Very good morning tea,lunch and afternoon tea. Walk around the Island and the Glass Bottom boat trip was informative and interesting with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. As a non swimmer i did not do the afternoon snorkeling, but my husband hired a suit and really enjoyed it. It was necessary to hire a suit as the water was too cold in July. The day passed really quickly and the staff were very helpful, especially with my husband who needed help as he had never snorked before. On the way home we were told there were whales about and to go uptop to see them . The boat was stopped and we had the opportunity to see 2 young whales jumping out of the water numerous times at close proximity. It as amazing and I got some really impressive pictures. VG day out that I will always remember and well worth the money.

This trip was outstanding! Every member of the crew was friendly, attentive and accommodating! Special shout it to Mandy and Phil! Phil is a self proclaimed fish nerd who took time to help me identify all the fish I spotted. Morning and afternoon tea and lunch were all wonderful. As a solo traveler I felt safe and free enough to truly explore the reef. The Reef Empress was an amazing vessel topped only by the experience and outstanding crew! Book this trip..... it’s worth every penny!!!
