Not following Covid Guidelines

Absolutely no physical distancing measures in place. Everyone was very close and staff were not enforcing rules at all. Many interesting and diverse species to make up for the fact that I felt unsafe the entire time. If you are immuno compromised please avoid this place. I reminded over 4 groups of people to maintain at least one meter distance away from me during our 2 hour visit. If I spoke better french I'd call the health unit based on my experience.

It was very nice and informative despite the sometimes long line-ups for a pavilion du to Covid-19 safety measure, which we appreciated.

Under water tunnel

Beautiful place, but the information on the site is misleading. They say tree to tree for kids, and it was a small little zip line, my daughter was very disapointed. The bear was not there ( nothing marked on the site about the bear). The water play ground is for toddlers, nothing for my older kids to do there. We even brought our bathing suits for water area. I understand there is a deadly virus going around and you have to wait longer in line. We waited 45 min in line for the salt water area, but we were still surrounded by 50 some people at the 3 rd floor. Best experience that makes it worth it was the walruses and the under water tunnel. Sorry, i was expecting a little more.

A causa del Covid hay muchas cosas que no se puede hacer ni ver y la verdad que yo fui hace unos años atrás y el precio lo valía ahora no, es demasiado caro por gusto.!
