Coco bongo is good but communication on transfers is bad

Coco bongo was great, really recommend it but we were told pick up was 8pm, i messaged on viator to confirm and got no reply. apparently it came at 7pm so we missed it and had to get uber. They cancelled multiple times and we were also not told about the return so had to get uber back. They cancel and ask for cash so we spent nearly $60 on taxis, I have requested a partial refund to cover this. Coco bongo is a must though, great fun.
