Fun but sucks if it rains & not covid conscious

The most memorable part was being soaking wet under a tent w hundreds of other people as the rain started to come through. Another honorable mention was no masks being worn or enforced as people gathered around the buffet. I could see the vision of if weather was better it would have been a good excursion, so I won’t let the rain impact my review too much but it’s not covid-conscious.

Everything was nice and organized. Food and drink were great as well. The staff did a great job of helping snorkels and we also had some divers on this trip which I participated in and had a good experience on a wall dive next to where the beach drop off is. Will do again..

Absolutely fabulous day, totally worth the money, couldn’t fault this trip at all. The guide excellent, food was brilliant on a beautiful island staff on both the speed boat and catamaran were brilliant. I would advise anyone going to Dominican Republic to book this trip.

Tour was great. I was one of the first few to be picked up and they picked me up at 6:15am. Most tourist were punctual so that helped as well. The island was Amazing. I didn’t like the food their so much but everything else was great.

The island of Saona is one of the most beautiful places in the Caribbean, however the company you choose to travel with will make a great difference between having great experience to having average experience. Unfortunately Viator attracts companies with bad reputation and our trip reflected that. Pick up and drop off resulted in horrible experience of wasted time and nerves, we didn't get to the island until late afternoon, the island itself wasn't well taken care of, litter everywhere and lack of proper shower facilities, lunch at the island was average at best. Avoid Viator and travel with reputable companies that would make your time and money worth.
