Puerto Princesa Firefly Watching Tour

• 1. This is a seat-in coach tour.
• 2. We only arrange pick up to those guest staying in Puerto Princesa City Proper Hotels only. Pick up/Drop off beyond the listed hotels is subject to additional surcharge.
• 3. Pickup Procedures: Please be at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the pick-up time. The tour guide will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby and will be waiting maximum 15 minutes after the advised pick-up time.
• 4. Rates are exclusive of the environmental fee of $3 per person for Puerto Princesa Tours which is valid for 10-days. This can be used for Underground River, Honda Bay and Dos Palmas Day Tour. If guests will only avail one or two (or all) of the mentioned tours, the same environmental fee will be paid. This shall be paid by the guest prior the start of the tour.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
