Beautiful scenery and an exciting day with Melvin and crew
Annmarie_A

We had a very fun time with Melvin and crew at the Damajagua Waterfalls. My husband and I are both in our 50's and I was a little nervous about what to expect. The trek to the the jumps and waterslides was uphill but not very challenging. The jumps and waterslides were great fun (although I did chicken out of one that was about a 25 foot jump). Never fear, though. If you don't want to make a specific jump there is an alternative way down. The natural waterslides were really fun and the guides were really good about not really giving you too much time to think about whether or not you want to go through with it. THey hold you by the back of your life preserver and give you a nice, friendly shove. Recommendations: Buy a pair of speedo water shoes before you go and if you have a Go Pro camera, bring it along. We had to leave our phones in the car and were not able to prove to our kids that we actually jumped. All in all - if you do this tour, you will enjoy it. The scenery is breathtaking. Wish we had a waterproof camera

Amazing experience

This is a must do! Unfortunately we couldn't do all 27 waterfalls because of low water levels but what we could do was fantastic! Our guide Juan was great he even took my camera and photographed our entire experience for me. We were a single couple and they hooked us up with another tour so there were only 6 of us in the group with 3 guides.

Awesome excursion

Best part of my cruise experience. Decent trek up to the "falls". Tour guides are great, the jumps and slides were a lot of fun. Only 1 jump that was scary (25 feet) but everyone is really cool trying to get you to do it. If you ultimately decide not to, there is a ladder down. Such a beautiful park. What a great day, and the Rum Punch is delicious!

Waterfalls fun

There were four of us from our family that took this excursion. We walked about a 1/2 mile to the van that was waiting for us. The ages ranged from 36-62. We all did very well on the hike and enjoyed the jumps and slides. I don't remember our guides, but they were all very good. We decided to hire the photographer who took photos and videos. His name was Eddie and did a great job. It was so much easier than carrying our cameras. On our ride back, we had rum punch and some local made rum. He also stopped for bananas and coconut cookies/crackers. also had instruments to bang and shake. Very fun trip. Enjoyed it all

This excursion was fantastic. Our guide Francesco couldn't do enough for us to make our experience a fun and memorable one. He was friendly, and catered to everyones needs. The excursion itself was quite the adventure. We were safely guided, and had a fantastic time. We were a group of twelve so it was small and personal. We were refreshed with rum punch and island cookies on bus ride back. Francesco even dropped us off at the beach. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!
