Don’t book this!!!!!

Ok, first of all, if you don’t book this tour here you can save more than 20 US dollars per Person!! here is a pick up point which says Hotel Saint Jorge , so I booked a hotel near the hotel showed, after they confirmed a pick up point that is very far. Second, we get lost on the way to the meeting point but I called 20 minutes before the meeting time and kept calling almost every 3 or 5 minutes, but at the end the tour left without us :) And They REFUSE to refund my money when they didn’t pay any effort on this ocasiones, and they hope me understand this ocasiones which I really can’t understand! Then we went to the park by ourselves, and walked the WHOLE park by ourselves also included jungle truck and boat driving, and we also had lunch in the park, plus the bus fee we paid , the total is around $70 per each person, much more cheaper than book here which is not include lunch! The stupid tour ruined all my day and day after , the tour it’s not willing to wait for its customer even 7 more minutes and not willing to refund even they don’t pay any effort for this occasion! I really don’t suggest book this tour, the local bus is really cheap and convenient and they all know English. They don’t even deserve this One star review!! It should be a NEGATIVE 5 stars review:) 🙄️🙄️🙄️🙄️🙄️

This tour is amazing, you can see the falls in a whole different way. I recommend the tour to see the falls in the ground and literally under the falls, you wont be disappointed. One quick tip, please be on time this tour depends on some tight hour schedule inside the national park.
