Waste of money and time do not do this tripod in Puerto Iguassu

Would give this trip -3 stars but not possible. What a waste of time and money using this trip. We were staying less than half a mile on the Argentinian side from the Brazilian border. Young boy picked us up at the hotel drove to the border where we had to hang around waiting over 50 mins for the tour guide. She gave no information about the falls just walked us through and dropped us back off at the border 2 hrs later. Waste of time and money, taxi would have cost less than half the price, without the continual hanging around waiting, A 2 hr visit took us 4.5 hours Used aviator many times this WORSE trip by far.

Very well managed tour, especially dealing with the border crossings both ways. The views of the falls from the Brazil side are amazing and well worth the effort of making the trip to Brazil if you are staying on the Argentinian side. We had ample time to view the falls and never felt rushed. Both our guide and the driver obviously were well-versed with this tour.

We took the half day tour and it was well worth it. The Falls from the Brazilian side is Spectacular. Even though we were with a small group we could walk at our own pace either faster or slower depending how long to wanted to spend at each view.

booked this tour as I had limited time in Iguazu and wanted a short trip to Brazillian side. Tour advertised as 2.5hr, yet I was collected from hotel at 8am and was not dropped back until past 3pm in afternoon. Had under 2 hrs at actual Falls which are amazing !!!. Trip included an unmentioned 2hr lunch stop at a large restaurant geared towards tourists very cheap mediocre buffet with overpriced drinks. I opted out of trip to Duty free shop and still took over 7 hrs. I was only English speaking person on tour so most of info was in Spanish though guide did give me basic info in English. One final issue is that in was in a coach with approx 25 plus people so hardly a 'Small Group tour'. Complaint to Viator has so far been unacknowledged.
