We bought this cruise for our parents in Providence as a Christmas/Mothers Day gift. We live in Florida and fhe purchase was done online. Our parents had never heard of the trip and were so excited to receive the tickets as a gift. Five months later and up to the day of the trip, the office staff have been amazing and so helpful. On the day of the trip, Mothers Day weekend. the weather was downpouring rain and 40 degrees weather( why we live in Florida). The trip was canceled due to weather but the crew and office have made it easy to transfer the reservations to another day in June when the weather will be better. The staff bent over backwards to help with directions, answer questions, and call us in Florida to update us. We will report back in June but we know our parents will have a great time. Thank you Viator!

We had a great trip. I expected the narrator to point out the good features of the city, and he did. But he also told some stories about how trashy some sections used to be. I was pleasantly surprised to find that our 50-minute trip lasted for an hour and five minutes. I would highly recommend the river cruise, but be advised - finding a parking place on Bridge Street can be challenging. Get there early.

This tour was interesting and beautiful! I'm so impressed with how Providence has revitalized the riverwalk area. The many beautiful bridges gave the feeling of being in Venice. :-) Our guide was friendly, informative and happy to answer questions. The cost of this tour is a steal! Go, and enjoy!

Leaving the gate to enter the marina. It was nice being able to be in the ocean. The boat being at ocean level made the experience even more exciting.

As much as we WISH we got to work on the ocean everyday, we have to correct you here...your tour was actually on the Providence River, which eventually (about 5 miles away) flows into the Atlantic ocean! I'm glad you mentioned the level of the boat, we worked hard on that when having the boats built for us...and this is exactly why! Many thanks, we appreciate your business!
