Grayland Tours Cz, Worst deal! We took the Touristic tour Prague to Viena on July 20, it was confirmed in spanish but just got in english with no explanation. The only option they gave to us was that we could take the hop on hop off city bus with audio in spanish (at our extra expense) or to hire another guide in a capuchine monastery to see the emperors thumbs. Two Spanish people rather to cancel the tour, but we decided to go in english for not to loose and ruin our plans; what an error! We had no guide in the bus, just the driver and he left the highway (that way Prague to Viena is commonly 3.5 hours); but we make 6.5 hours!!! (Left Prague 9:20 and arrive 15:50) then, he was ran out of coins for the parking meter! And the group (7) waiting! Then we realized that their aren’t any tour planned, just a walk to the center and actually enter two churches with any explanation of the place (historic, cultural, artistic neither arquitectónic) and voilá! Free time. Return we asked for the highway and he said we would take it, but no; we make the same way! We stayed in Viena 2:40 hours. Left Viena 18:30 and get Prague at 23:40. What a lost of time, money and vacation opportunity! You should be asleep in Grayland tours Cz.

Long ride, guide gave little to no info. One guide for 2 vans in two languages. Had to keep asking "what are we seeing?" It was really just 9 hours in a van and a short walk through a shopping street.

Very bad service

They cancelled the night before by email, not even a call. They were offering another day for the tour and of course we couldn't make it since we were flying back home the next day, or the other option was to do another tour, which I checked and it was cheaper that we paid, and no, we were not interested in doing that tour. So I called to get a refund and so far nothing. Very bad service, and I still waiting for my money

3hrs in Austria

The tour guide and the driver were very friendly. However, we didn't leave on time, as they weren't organised, so we didn't arrive at Austria until 2pm and we had to leave at 5pm. So, we spent majority of the time in this trip in a car. The tour guide took us to the key attractions and we had a quick lunch, so I'd say that it's good if you are happy with the times that you get in Austria.

Very nice tour! A lot is packed into a long day, but well worth it for a look around Vienna if you have an extra day in Prague. Friendly and informative guide, courteous driver, and comfortable van.

This trip was terrible. My group was picked up from our hotel by a man who smelled so foul that the 15 minute ride to the meeting point was unbearable. Then two tour guides fought over who was giving the tour making us get a late start. Then foul smelling driver was our driver for 8 hours.

This tour was amazing. I forgot the guide’s name but she was enthusiastic and gave us so much information. Will do it again if given the chance. I’m sorry I forgot the tour guide’s name but she also spoke Spanish.

Driver was not good. Way too fast and several times went off into grids on sides of roads and had to swerve. While we were not provided any water or snacks for a 4 hour drive, our driver was constantly eating while driving. Banana, clemetines all needing to be peeled as we all swerved around. Guide added very little value. On arrival we were led down some streets and through archways while members of the tour asked to be released to go and get food and be on their own. Met back up at 5:30pm for another 4 hour drive back while the guide spoke with the driver only the entire time. Not a good time.
